Dance Movement Therapy offers a structured, body-based approach to understanding and regulating emotional and physiological states. Through guided movement, observation, and reflection, I work with patterns held in posture, tension, and interaction. Sessions support clients experiencing stress, burnout, or disconnection from their body.
I offer both individual therapy and small group processes. Individual sessions allow for focused, in-depth work. Group settings create a contained space where regulation, relational patterns, and self-awareness can be explored through movement and shared experience.
This is not a dance class or a quick-fix method, but a professional therapeutic process grounded in somatic and psychological practice.
