Exercise is safe for most pregnant women but, it is always worth checking with a doctor or midwife first to find out which activities are suitable for you.

Pregnancy Workout
MamaFIT offers outdoor workouts for pregnant women and new mums with their babies in various locations in Vienna and all over Austria. Some classes are even offered in English.
Kanga training offers PreKanga, a safe baby bump workout.
Yoga/Keep-fit for Pregnant Women
Several studios offer classes for pregnant women. Look for “Yoga für Schwangere“, “Schwangerenyoga” or “Schwangerschaftsgymnastik”. You can find a list here on Babymama.
Also check your local VHS (Die Wiener Volkshochschulen) which often offers inexpensive classes.
Swimming
Swimming is considered one of the safest forms of exercise during pregnancy. Vienna has many indoor and outdoor pools to choose from. Here you can find a list of all public swimming pools.
